Store Experience Video

Help shoppers feel the atmosphere of the store before they arrive. Store Experience Video is built for retail stores and destination spaces that sell experience as much as product. We normally show arrival, layout, browsing flow, staff interaction, details, and the in-store mood in a way that feels inviting rather than overproduced. It is designed to help encourage footfall, support launch or destination marketing, and help people decide the store is worth visiting. Our team come to you.

Common questions

Everything you might be wondering

Do we need the space or site fully ready before filming?

The strongest results come when the location is clean, accessible, and visually ready. If that is not possible, the route and expectations should be adjusted before the shoot.

What is the main business value of this type of video?

It helps people picture the space or result faster, which can improve enquiry quality and cut down some of the repeated explanation or viewing time.

Should we shoot during opening hours or closed?

Both work. Closed gives full control of staging and lighting. Opening hours gives authentic atmosphere with real customers — usually feels warmer but needs more careful coverage to respect customer privacy. We'll discuss in pre-production.

Can the same video work for multiple store locations?

The atmosphere and brand moments translate, but signage, layout, and specific products will be store-specific. For a chain with multiple stores, a hero master plus quick per-location cut-downs (with location-specific final frame) usually works better than one generic master.
